Omatha Holdings Ltd. was founded in 1986 as a wholly indigenous Manufacturing Company. The company is strategically located at kilometer 12 along Nnewi Onitsha Road in Nnewi, a city that has become synonymous with automotive and motorcycle parts manufacture. Omatha Holdings Ltd. has three subsidiaries namely:
- OCE Filter Manufacturing Industries Ltd.
- Omatha Farm & Allied Industries Ltd.
- Omatha Automotive Products Ltd.
These subsidiaries are solely manufacturing outfits in different stages of production, doing a wide range of products, and are ideally housed in the Multi-Billion Naira Omatha Holdings Ltd. Complex. Omatha Holdings Ltd. is one of the leaders in the Nigerian Automotive and Motorcycle component Manufaturing Industry with staff strength of over 500, consisting of highly trained and dedicated experts, who are continuously striving to improve upon their skills.
